Content marketing aims to draw consumer’s attention with the development and distribution of valuable, relevant and consistent content via social media posts, blogs, newsletters, videos and more. It a strategic approach to establish relationships with your existing as well as prospective customers and ultimately to increase Return on investment (ROI).

  • 12 things to eat and drink in Niseko

    In this article, the aim was to create a list of gastronomy recommendations so that travelers may indulge in local flavors with delight. Prioritizing gastronomy desires of food lovers from all over the world while identifying the local food must-try to local favorite restaurants, there is something for everyone to enjoy. With that in mind, I created a list and visited these best places with Tien Chew, editor of YTL Life.

  • A reservist program for Higashiyama Niseko Village, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve

    Higashiyama reservists take adventurous travelers on a mountain exploration of carefully curated experiences in Niseko. From skiing and snowboarding in winter to hiking and cycling in the summer season, there is always something for everyone.

    In this project, I managed the creative aspect as well as crafting the program activities.

  • A guide for first-time skiers and instructors in Niseko, Japan

    Trying out winter sports for the very first time could appear intimidating for some. I did an interview with Niseko Village Snow School Director, Satoshi Maeda to get his valuable input on how first-timers can have a fun and wholesome experience. The interview also includes professional tips for instructors on their first job in Niseko!

  • Winter promotional contents

    Digital video is one of the fastest growing form of online marketing and it tells a story that is hard to generate through words alone. I worked with a photographer and videographer to create promotional contents with an objective to engage new potential customers.

  • Covid-19 preventive measures

    As the marketing communications manager, I implemented notices such as social distancing signs, in compliance to the new Hokkaido style. To assist the hotel team and to provide an ease of mind for guests while traveling during the Covid-19 Pandemic, I worked with a videographer to produce an informative video on the resort’s effort of minimizing the spread of virus. This video is shared on social media and on the digital screens in the resort. Besides social media updates, I also created a ‘health and safety’ page on the resort’s website.
